Hi! My name is Rachael and I am the proud owner of Dreams Come True Events. I have been working with children for many years and have over ten years of experience in the performing arts. I have always dreamt of bringing magic into the lives of children and after graduating high school early in December 2023, I decided to make that dream into a reality! I am currently attending NIU, majoring in English--Studies in Writing!

​Meet William Kastilahn, my real life Prince Charming! He is a student at NIU majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Music. Liam has experience working with children, babysitting for multiple members of his family, and has interacted with children at past events before becoming an official assistant. He has grown up on the magic of Disney and continues to love it to this day. He looks forward to being a part of the magic here at Dreams Come True Events.
FAQ
How do I book an event?
Click the "Services" tap in the menu! From there you will see all of my offerings. From there, there will be a button to book a package under each service that will lead you to the request form for that said service. Once I receive your request, I will let you know if I am able to attend or not. *Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. On the weekends, please allow the week to arrive for a response.
How far in advance should I book?
What forms of payment do you accept?
All deposits for party and event packages along with payments for virtual offerings are done online. Remaining balances will be paid in cash or check.
Is tipping required?
Tipping is not required but greatly appreciated!
Bookings must be completed at least a month before (Ex: If you would like to book for February, you must book by the end of January). You may still submit a booking request after the cut off, but there is no guarantee I will be available.
Is payment due upon booking?
For parties I require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit and for events it is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit of the rate. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your party or event. If the balance is not paid at the end, a $5.00 late fee will accrue each week until payment is received. For my virtual offerings, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Do you service select venues?
Nope! I are open to any venue as long as it is safe for me. Outdoor parties are allowed, but as long as conditions are safe for myself and the costume. Events will not take place outside if it is raining, snowing, or any other inclement weather. I also require for it to be at least 55 degrees but no warmer than 90.
Can I share photos of my event?
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation, you have the option to reschedule in which your non-refundable deposit will be transferred to that day. I ask that you make me aware of a cancellation 48 hours prior to your event. I understand that emergencies may come up on the day of the event and respect last minute cancellations when it comes to them.

What if I want to change my package?
Changes are fine, but are subject to availability. I ask that you request these changes 1 week prior to your event. Ultimately, changes are up to my discretion.
Are you affiliated with any major company?
No. Dreams Come True Events LLC is an independent entity and is not associated with, or licensed by, any major company
Are there travel fees?
Mileage fees may apply to events that are more than 40 miles roundtrip from Rochelle, IL. If tolls are needed for travel, toll fees will apply.
